I am honored to present to all of you the latest achievement of our team, which has been the result of months of numerous technical iterations and improvements - a pet tracker with health monitoring capabilities.

At the beginning of our R&D project, we conducted in-depth research on existing smart pet devices. We found that while current GPS trackers solve the question of "Where is the pet?", they fail to answer a deeper question: "Is the pet okay?" Pets cannot speak; they are not only good at enduring pain but also adept at hiding illness. Often, by the time we notice something is wrong, we have missed the optimal window for intervention.

Our R&D team faced a massive challenge: How to integrate high-precision positioning with medical-grade health monitoring that can penetrate thick fur, all within a tiny device? After repeated testing of non-contact sensing technologies, we successfully miniaturized BCG (Ballistocardiography) technology and fused it with flexible piezoelectric sensors. This is not just a tracker; it is the world's first AI full-dimensional pet health and safety steward.

R&D Reveal: Crossing the "Fur Barrier" & Reconstructing Perception

1. The Dilemma: When Optical Tech Meets the "Fur Barrier"

In the early stages, we faced a fundamental physics problem. 99% of smartwatches use PPG (Photoplethysmography), which shines green light onto the skin to measure blood flow. This technology fails completely with pets—dense fur blocks the light, and dark fur absorbs signals, causing data loss or distortion. We realized we had to abandon "light" and find a new medium based on "force."

2. The Breakthrough: Fusion of Miniaturized BCG & Flexible Piezoelectrics

To penetrate the fur, we turned to BCG (Ballistocardiography). Every time the heart pumps blood, it creates a microscopic mechanical recoil (micro-vibration) within the body. This vibration, independent of light, travels through bones and muscles to the body surface.

High-Sensitivity Capture:

Standard rigid sensors cannot fit the complex curves of a pet's neck. After hundreds of hours testing dozens of materials, our team adopted a Custom-Grade Flexible Piezoelectric Sensor. This material has an extremely high electromechanical coupling coefficient, adapting to the collar's curve like a "second skin." It doesn't need direct skin contact; as long as it touches the vibration field beneath the fur, it converts faint mechanical waves into electrical signals.

3. Noise Reduction: How AI Hears the Heartbeat in a "Storm of Noise"

Hardware was just the first step. Pets are active; running, barking, or panting creates massive "motion artifacts," often dozens of times stronger than the heartbeat signal. In raw data, the heartbeat is like a whisper in a storm.

Adaptive Filtering Algorithm:

This is why we introduced AI. We collected tens of thousands of datasets from pets of various breeds and sizes to train a Deep Neural Network Model. built-in AI chip performs real-time "signal separation." It identifies and strips away low-frequency interference from breathing and high-frequency noise from movement, precisely locking onto the millisecond-level characteristics of the heartbeat. This achieves precision not just during rest, but even during light activity.

4. Architecture: Global Coexistence in a Tiny Space

The final challenge was integration. We had to fit high-sensitivity BCG sensors, a 4G communication module, and GPS/Beidou antennas into a space the size of a lighter.

Shielding & Stacking:

4G signal transmission can interfere with tiny bio-signals. We redesigned a Multi-layer PCB Stacking Structure and utilized aerospace-grade electromagnetic shielding coatings to physically isolate the communication unit from the sensing unit. This ensures that while data is being uploaded to the cloud at high speeds, health monitoring continues to operate silently and precisely.

I. Heart Health Monitoring: Insight into the Subtle, Foresight into the Future

This is the soul of our product. Traditional monitoring methods often require contact electrodes, which can be easily disrupted by fur and are uncomfortable. Our globally leading innovation uses non-contact BCG (Ballistocardiography) technology, integrating flexible piezoelectric and bone conduction sensing to achieve truly unobtrusive monitoring.

Heart Rate/Rhythm Analysis (HRV): By analyzing Heart Rate Variability (HRV), the device provides deep insights to assess stress levels, sleep quality, and potential cardiac health risks.

AI Health Alert: The built-in AI algorithm will learn the unique physiological baseline of your pet. Once any subtle, deviation from the baseline in terms of physiology or psychology is detected, the system will immediately issue an early health alert, allowing you to detect the illness before it occurs.

II. 4G All-Domain Connectivity: Near or Far, Always Online

We have completely eliminated the constraints of Bluetooth range. The built-in 4G LTE Cat.1 communication module ensures true all-domain connectivity.

No matter where you are, you can simply use the accompanying app to monitor your pet's vital signs in real time and receive any emergency alerts.

All the data is seamlessly uploaded to the cloud-based pet digital health platform, generating long-term health trend reports. The positioning and data transmission accuracy can reach over 90%.

III. Smart E-Fence: Freedom with Limits, Safety Without Boundaries

Safety is the cornerstone. We use 4G + GPS/BDS/LBS multi-positioning technology to maintain high accuracy even in urban canyons or environments with weaker signals.

Users can easily define custom safety activity boundaries (virtual electronic fences) on the map.

When the pet approaches or crosses the preset fence, the system will immediately send multiple-level alerts to your mobile APP.

What's important is that the electronic fence operates independently and does not require the phone to be nearby. Once set, it will remain effective and ensure complete safety.
